SHIPPING POLICY

Some products and brands, larger shipments, and shipping to less populated areas may incur shipping charges.

Generic Gummy typically utilizes USPS and UPS for most shipments. For larger orders, such as palletized orders, we will utilize a multitude of 3PL (3rd Party Logistics) providers to ship freight. If you request a specific shipper other than our selected shipper then you may be charged with additional shipping and handling costs with your order.

Shipping outside of the contiguous United States typically incurs shipping, handling, and other international charges which will be the responsibility of the customer. We do not ship to any state that has outlawed the sales of Delta 8 THC.

Return & Exchange Policy

Dissatisfied With Products

If you are dissatisfied with our products, please contact us and let's discuss it.

Return of Unused/Used Products

All sales are final. Gummies are sold as-is. We do not accept returns.

Damaged Products Received

If you receive products that are damaged, please contact us immediately. Please take pictures and be prepared to send pictures to one of our representatives when inquiring about exchanging for replacement products. Replacement products will be the same or a newer mold of the product unless the product was a custom order, a limited product, or a product that is out of stock. If the product was a custom order, a limited product, or a product that is out of stock, then replacements and refunds will be handled on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us for return address details.

Product Exchanges

Generic Gummy will not exchange products, but the returns of the currently purchased products will follow the terms of the return policies above for used, unused, and damaged products.
